01 — How It Works

A simple down-flow dissolver.

The Brine King is a down-flow system designed to produce saturated brine by dissolving granulated salt or rock salt.

Fresh water enters through a perforated spray ring inside the dissolving tank. The water passes downward through the salt mass, dissolving the salt and producing fully saturated brine. The brine then flows through a three-layer filter bed of natural washed stone, which removes solids and impurities. What comes out is a crystal-clear, 100% saturated solution, ready for use.

A filter bed is not required when dissolving rock salt.

03 — Controls

Self-regulating by design.

Water and salt levels self-regulate during normal operation. A pressure switch on the fresh-water supply and gravity discharge of salt from the internal bulk load do the work, with no operator intervention required during normal duty.
