Engineering-led
since 1964.
Stable, long-term work.
Six decades of continuous operation. Our customers stay with us; our team stays with us. No quarterly reorganizations, no project-to-project hiring.
Real craft, real responsibility.
FRP work is hands-on. Laminators, winders, and fitters own the quality of what leaves the shop. The engineers stand behind the spec. Both halves matter.
One team, named accountability.
No silos between sales, engineering, and the shop floor. Project engineers walk the floor. Fabricators talk to engineers. The work is better for it.
