Build the equipment
that lasts decades.

We're hiring across the shop and the engineering office. Long tenure is the rule, not the exception, many of our fabricators have 25 or more years on the floor. If you're looking for a career, not a placeholder job, send us a resume.

01 — Why Work Here

Engineering-led
since 1964.

Precisioneering has been building engineered FRP equipment since the founding of the industry. We're privately held, based in Scarborough, Ontario, and known for the kind of long-tenured workforce that produces the laminate quality our customers stay with us for. The shop and the engineering office work as one team.
01

Stable, long-term work.

Six decades of continuous operation. Our customers stay with us; our team stays with us. No quarterly reorganizations, no project-to-project hiring.

02

Real craft, real responsibility.

FRP work is hands-on. Laminators, winders, and fitters own the quality of what leaves the shop. The engineers stand behind the spec. Both halves matter.

03

One team, named accountability.

No silos between sales, engineering, and the shop floor. Project engineers walk the floor. Fabricators talk to engineers. The work is better for it.
